ECO-oh!

Seating comfort as-a-service

Brief description of services

Get ECO-oh! to design, install and maintain your street furniture. You only pay for the use! You can extend or upgrade your contract as desired, or request us to take everything back. We make sure your benches get a 2nd life, or we recycle them into new products with our own hands!

Why is the product or service circular?

Modular street-furniture-as-a-service enables multiple usage loops. If looked after properly, the benches will last more than 20 years. We guarantee take-back for the benches, after which they’re refurbished. At the end of the life cycle, we recycle the bench into raw material in-house.

Which circular strategies are applied?

  • Reduce total amount of materials: We give the customer the option to choose refurbished benches, if available, at a lower price.
  • Reduce amount of virgin inputs: All the plastic parts of the benches are made from recycled mixed household plastics.
  • Extend the useful life: Multiple usage loops are guaranteed thanks to proper maintenance and take-back. The modular design means damaged parts are easy to replace.
  • Maximise the reusability of a product or component: Guaranteed take-back allows for multiple use cycles for the products.
  • Maximise the reusability or recyclability of material: We can personally make sure that benches are recycled back into raw material if refurbishment is no longer possible.

What are the benefits for purchasers?

Relief of all concerns allied with flexibility: we offer an all-in service that includes the design, installation and maintenance of the benches. The customer no longer has to organise and coordinate all these things, but can still choose the level of service. The take-back of the benches is also guaranteed
