Accenture cleaned with BioOrg

Contractor ISS also moves to cleaning with micro-organisms

In the context of the Green Deal Circular Procurement, Accenture chose the purchase category of cleaning as a project. They looked for an alternative method with the goal of reducing virgin input. They decided to base their strategy on biobased materials.

The project encountered resistance, because the contracted facility company (ISS) were initially unenthusiastic about cleaning with BioOrg products, and the benefits were unclear to them. Nevertheless, a trial period was imposed in the end.  Thanks to this trial, ISS was completely convinced. They have even included cleaning with micro-organisms in their standard range.
