The Flemish government’s Facility Services Agency takes on the role of catalyst

The Facility Services Agency takes on the role of catalyst, and brings the various parties in the paper chain together. 

The goal is to create a circular value chain for paper waste. In this process, old white office paper is selectively collected and recycled into high-quality white office paper. This circularity has to be incorporated into existing framework agreements, so it’s important to bring together the waste collectors, manufacturers and suppliers of office supplies.
