KU Leuven develops expertise on circular construction

Standard contract documents link theory and practice

KU Leuven wants to link the theory and practical experience of circular construction, so the university is developing circular contract documents with a view to a first small-scale new-build project. 

At the moment, the procurement procedure is in the award phase. The experiences acquired during this project will be used to develop standard contract provisions for future circular construction projects.
