Micro-organisms keep Antwerp’s provincial government building clean

The new provincial government building is being cleaned according to a circular model 

The Province of Antwerp was looking for a completely organic, circular cleaning model for its new provincial government building. The model had to be suitable for cleaning all types of surfaces, sanitary installations and air treatment systems, besides which significant improvements over the current cleaning products were required in terms of dust and odour control. It had to be possible to apply the solution in a simple and ergonomic manner, which would also save a substantial amount of time.

The contract has now been concluded, and the new provincial building is being cleaned with micro-organisms. The contract documents also requested reusable packaging. The contractor was unable to offer this immediately, but has committed itself to study the options in the short term.
