Procurement guide for circular business textiles

Textile organisations jointly develop a guide for the procurement of circular industrial textiles

All the organisations in the textile chain cooperated as facilitators for two years in the Green Deal Circular Procurement. During inspiration days and action days, they met purchasers with a whole range of questions about the possibilities and technical specifications of circular textiles. These purchasers also had a great need for textile expertise in the context of purchasing circular corporate clothing, ranging from the choice of fibre and finishing to domestic or industrial washing.  The facilitating organisations were happy to provide them with answers.  

The knowledge of the different textile partners was bundled into a digital, living purchasing guide for circular textiles. The guide was launched at a circular business textiles event on 15 October 2019.
