Krinkels NV develops an interactive map with locations for green waste 

As a landscape contractor, Krinkels NV deals with large quantities of green waste every day. This has to be transported to a processor with sufficient capacity. In addition, the company’s mobile teams work across the country. The goal was to optimise this complex logistics operation. Regional framework contracts were concluded with waste processors, and a made-to-measure interactive road map was launched. Site managers can use this map to find the nearest contracted waste processor quickly, and dispose of their waste without making too many detours. This means reductions in labour an transport costs, as well as lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

The project has since been rolled out, first for green waste and litter, followed by rubble. Working with framework contracts is financially advantageous and simplifies administration. Employees in the field and management are very positive about this project.
