VVSG champions circular office renovation

Tender for carpet tiles as-a-service

At the beginning of 2019, VVSG, the association of Flemish cities and towns, moved their offices to the Madou builiding in Brussels. Resolute circular choices were made for the renovation of the office environment. An as-a-service formula was chosen for the floor covering. VVSG does not become owner of the carpet tiles, but purchases them as a service. The guarantee on the recovery of the product and recycling materials at end of use is also included in the specifications. As well as maintainance of the tiles, which will have a positive effect on the expected lifespan. The contract was awarded to ICV Flooring.
