Why is the product or service circular?
Our SAM system permits complete separation between the structural elements of a building and the utilities. This allows the various raw materials to be recycled much better at the end of the building's life cycle.
Which circular strategies are applied?
- Reduce total amount of materials: Eliminating grinding work in the structure of the building drastically reduces the total amount of material used.
- Extend the useful life: By separating the structure from the building's utilities, the structure itself can remain in use longer if the building is converted to a different use.
