MEMO Concept strives for sustainable work happiness in four essential pillars: environment, economy, people, and organization. C-Koncept, a spin-off of MEMO Concept, focuses solely on circular products and circular developments for office environments. Research is conducted on circular business models and materials, with a focus on refurbishment. This means that C-Koncept is constantly evolving. 

Memo Concept focuses on the design and furnishing of entire office spaces. They strive to integrate sustainability into the entire process: from selecting materials with low environmental impact to creating efficient and healthy workplaces. C-Koncept asks themselves what is already present and how they can reuse those resources to minimize waste. The commitment to circularity also involves carefully examining which parts can be repaired and which materials are recyclable. 

At the same time, they embrace a collaborative model with various partners who have circular entrepreneurship as a core value. Together, they close the loop by leveraging each other's expertise and capabilities to implement circular principles in practice.

It goes without saying that not every step needs to be followed, but that each furnishing is a tailor-made project for us.
Being able to rely on our extensive knowledge, but always in collaboration with the buyers. We always start from the existing situation, analyze the company and the employees, and then make a suitable proposal from there.

Explanation of applied strategies

On the one hand, with MEMO Concept, we always aim to furnish as sustainably as possible. We always first look at reuse. Which furniture and products can be reused (with possible cleaning and repairs). This reduces production and extends the useful life of current furniture.

We collaborate with suppliers who prioritize sustainability from the production process. In addition, we offer furniture made from, among other things, used and recycled (not new) PET bottles.
Within C-Koncept, we will bring together suppliers who offer one or more circular services and products. This makes it easier and more transparent for buyers to purchase grouped products and services, and to be supported, rather than having to search for each product separately. This way, transportation can also be grouped.
